The Hunger Games

Hunger Games' Fans, I'm sure all of you are very familiar with this mocking jay pin right?
I guess some of you might even screamed upon seeing this.
I watched this movie today.
And at first, I wasn't very excited about it.
Well, I mean like, I don't really like to follow trend.
And I didn't actually decide it myself on this movie.
The moment I got myself engage to this movie was when Katniss Everdeen actually volunteered herself as a tribute for the annual hunger game.
Woah, good show.
Engage already.

This movie actually had 3 elements that teenagers today love.
Violence.
Romance (3-sided some more)
And Fantasy.
Does this got you excited?

Story plot:
It is written in the voice of sixteen-year-old Katniss Everdeen, who lives in a post-apocalyptic world in the country of Panem where the countries of North America once existed. The Capitol, a highly advanced metropolis, holds absolute power over the rest of the nation. The Hunger Games are an annual event in which one boy and one girl aged 12 to 18 from each of the 12 districts surrounding the Capitol are selected by lottery to compete in a televised battle in which only one person can survive.

My friend told me that I should watch the movie first, then read the book.
Why?
I don't know.
Maybe because after watching the movie, you can visualize better when reading the book.
And it's somehow similar to "Twilight".
NOT TRYING TO SAY THE STORY PLOT.
But the way they filmed it to a movie.
The Hunger Games.
Catching Fire.
Mocking Jay (Part 1 & 2)
^ not sure if the above is true.
But definitely, the story plot is so much more better than "The Twilight Saga".
Sorry Twilight fan.
I read the book, but I like "The Hunger Games" better.
OOPS.

Gotta love the director too.
The scenes changes so fast that keeps the audience engaged to it.

Rating of the movie?
4.5/5
Sorry, another 0.5 will be given when I read the book.

Task to do:
1. Buy the book
2. Read the Book
3. Find if there's Mocking Jay pin in SG
